Miss Ange
SITE DIRECTOR
Andrea Furtado ( Miss Ange) is the Director of our Early Learning Center. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst with her BA in Early Care and Education. Andrea has over 30 years of experience working in the field of ECE, with an expertise in toddler development. She has over 7 years of experience as a director and over 20 years of experience as a classroom educator. She is also a skilled instructor and is certified as a Touchpoints Community Level Trainer and has her MassAIMH Endorsement as an Infant Family Reflective Supervisor. She has presented as part of professional development days for local centers and national conferences.
Andrea’s educational philosophy focuses on encouraging the connection between families and teachers and works to create a partnership of care for all within her program. Families are encouraged to share their beliefs, culture and to collaborate with the program to make sure they are getting the best possible learning experience. Children are encouraged to learn through play and through experiences scaffolded by teachers, to have a voice in their learning, to explore their environment and to have a space where they are safe to be themselves.

Miss Tracy
EDUCATIONAL COORDINATOR / INFANT TEACHER
Tracy Silvia is the Education Coordinator and Lead Infant Teacher here at Littletrax’s. She has her Associate’s Degree from Bristol Community College in Deaf Studies with a concentration in Early Childhood Education. She also has over 40 college credits in this field. She comes to us with over 20 years of experience working in education. Over the past 5 years, she has been a school director of an early learning center. During that time, she built amazing relationships with families, children and teachers. She is now looking forward to being in the classroom with the infant kiddo’s and to be a resource for the families and her fellow teachers. One of her greatest achievements was ensuring that her past school was NAEYC accredited, as well as helping her school receive a 5 star in Brightstars.
Tracy whole-heartedly believes in Littletrax’s mission, which is, “Where the journey to a lifetime of learning and self-discovery begins.” If a child attends an early learning center during that time, it will help the children develop a strong foundation for lifelong learning and well-being. During the first few years of life, more than one million neural connections are formed each second. That pace of growth will never repeat again. Due to this, high-quality early childhood education programs can help children develop their cognitive, social-emotional, and physical skills in a safe and nurturing environment. It takes a village to raise a child, and she is excited to be a part of your village.

Miss Sera
INFANT CLASSROOM TEACHER
Hi, my name is Ms. Sera, and I am so lucky to be an infant classroom teacher! I have been part of the Littletrax family for about a year, and it has truly been a joy.
Watching the kiddos learn and grow is the highlight of my day and the reason I love coming to work. I have worked in early education for about eight years with a variety of age groups, but being with the Infant B kiddos has been especially meaningful to me.
Littletrax is truly a special place, filled with love, support, and care for the children, families, and staff. I feel incredibly grateful to call it home.

Miss Alessia
TODDLER CLASSROOM TEACHER
Hi, my name is Alessia and I am one of the toddler teachers. I earned my B.A. in Psychology from Rhode Island College and hold additional certifications through programs such as BrightStars, LearnERS and RIELDS.
I have over 4 years of experience working with children 18 months to school age. I spent most of my time as a lead preschool teacher before transitioning to toddlers, which I am currently loving! Something that always makes me smile during the day is watching the kiddos discover something new and being proud of themselves.
When children are experiencing big feelings, I support them by offering comfort, helping them name their emotions, and guiding them through calming strategies. My classroom is a nurturing environment where every child feels supported, confident, and valued.

Miss Stephanie
TODDLER CLASSROOM TEACHER
Hi, my name is Miss Stephanie, and I am one of the toddler teachers. I have an associate’s degree in early childhood education and a bachelor’s degree in elementary education.
I have 18 years of experience working with children birth through 12 years of age, in early learning centers and elementary schools. What makes me smile is children telling stories in their own words. A word that students would use to describe me is happy. No matter what is happening in life, everyone needs a little sunshine.

Miss Amyrah
TEACHER’S ASSISTANT
Hi, my name is Miss Amyrah and I am a teacher’s assistant. I’m currently a junior at the University of Rhode Island majoring in Human Development & Family Science with a focus in Child Development, along with a minor in Psychology. I have hands-on experience working with children through practicums and previous childcare settings.
I enjoy watching the kiddos learn and grow, all while creating a fun safe environment for them. One thing that always makes me smile is hearing the kiddos laugh or seeing them feel proud after learning something new. I hope every child leaves Littletrax feeling confident, cared for and excited to learn — and if the kiddos were to describe me in one word, it would be “fun,” because I love turning everyday moments into playful learning experiences!

Mr. Tyler
TEACHER’S ASSISTANT
My name is Mr. Tyler, and I am a teacher’s assistant. After working at the Eric Carle Picture Book Museum in western Mass during my college years, I fell in love with spending my day with children. This led me to pursue a career in childcare when I finished my bachelors in the summer of 2025. A few weeks later, I found my way to Littletrax, and I have never looked back since!
Working here has quickly begun to feel more like a second family to me than just a job, and every day I look forward to getting to spend the day laughing and growing alongside our kids.

Miss Alexa
TEACHER’S ASSISTANT
Hi, my name is Miss Alexa, and I am a teacher’s assistant. I studied Physical Education and Adapted PE at Rhode Island College for 3 years. I then became a mom and that was my sole focus for 6 years. When my kiddos were old enough to go to preschool, I decided to follow my passion and work in the field of education. I worked in an elementary school for over two years and then found myself wanting to pivot again and work with younger kiddos.
I have been part of the Littletrax team for over 6 months and have loved every minute of it! My hope for the children is that they feel loved, nurtured and safe.

Miss Cassidy
TEACHER’S ASSISTANT
Hi, my name is Miss Cassidy, and I am a teacher’s assistant. After working many years in the medical field and a year in pediatric, I've learned working with children is my passion. Watching them blossom into their own personalities puts a smile on my face every day! It’s wonderful getting to know families and hearing little updates on the kiddos whether it be a new word or new skill. It's important to me to build that relationship with families so we can ensure their little one is getting the enrichment they need.
